Aajab Gayer Aajab Katha (1998), based on a story by Shirsendu Mukhopadhay, Anokha Moti (2000), many of which were awarded international prizes.

The best ones are probably Kabuliwala (1957), Kshudhita Pashan (1960), Jhinder Bandi (1961) and Galpa Holeo Satyi (1966).

He died in 2009.
