Danny Cohen is a veteran Los Angeles-based freak (of Frank Zappa's generation)
whose recordings began to surface only at the turn of the century on
Museum Of Dannys (Tzadik, 1999) and
Dannyland (Anti, 2004). Their songs are basically twisted folk lullabies
arranged for studio effects and delivered in a Tom Waits-ian tone.
