Omit, the project of New Zealand's electronic musician Clinton Williams,
released countless cassettes, partly compiled on Quad (1997),
on which he experimented the hybrid of Throbbing Gristle's early
industrial music and Klaus Schulze's cosmic music that became the mainstay of
Interior Desolation (Corpus Hermeticum, 1999), recorded in 1996,
Frequency Drop-Points (2000) and
Rejector (Anomalous, 2002).
He veered towards Lustmord's dark ambient music on the double-disc Tracer (2005), recorded in 2002,
and toyed with something similar to Pan Sonic's glitch soundscapes on
double-disc Interceptor (2008), recorded in january 2004.
