Dialing In, the project of Seattle-based digital composer Reita Piecuch, debuted with Ketalysergicmetha Mother (Celebrate Psi Phenomenon, 2005) that still revealed the gravitational attraction of slow-motion melodies. However, Cows In Lye (PseudoArcana, 2006) was dense and glitchy ambient music painstakingly constructed out of found sounds, found music and assorted keyboards. She assembled The Islamic Bomb (Music Fellowship, 2009) from sounds collected in Pakistan.
