Sleaford Mods, fronted by English vocalist Jason Williamson,
already a prolific sociopolitical rapper on his own with
Sleaford Mods (2007), The Mekon (2007),
The Originator (2009) and S.P.E.C.T.R.E. (2011),
became a tighter rap and rock unit with the appearance of
Andrew Fearn on Wank (2012) and Austerity Dogs (Harbinger, 2013),
the latter containing
I Don't Wanna Disco or 2 and the swearing orgy of Austerity Dogs.
The lightweight sound of
Divide And Exit (Harbinger, 2014) was more palatable for the masses,
Air Conditioning (propelled by Jack Bruce-ian bass-lines) and Liveable Shit.
Mostly boring, though.
