The super-prolific Uton from Finland played noisy freak folk. The triple-disc Whispers From The Woods (Last Visible Dog) collects early releases: Taman Ganan Jalkeen (2002), Mika Kasvaa Maan Gisalla (2003), Ay Um Au Lam (2003).

Their wildly redundant and self-indulgent recordings include: Pseudohumanoid (PseudoArcana, 2003), Taivaan Joka Kolossa (Musically Incorrect, 2003), The August Light (267 Lattajjaa, 2004), XXX (Gold Soundz, 2004), Substance Organic (Sloow Tapes, 2005), Suoniin Luihin Ytimiin (Ikuisuus, 2005), Ground's Dream Cosmic Love (Students Of Decay, 2006), Highway Nation (Barl Fire, 2006), that was pure drones, Mystery Revolution (Digitalis, 2006), Sacred Hiss/Ghost Oracle (Ikuisuus, 2006), Alitaja Ylimina (Dekorder, 2007), that collects unreleased material, Kaarmeenkaantopiiri (Fire Museum, 2007), Ameba Illusions (American Grizzly, 2007), Background For Silence (Ruralfaune, 2007), containing just two lengthy abstract and somnolent jams, the live Galactic Zones And The Alien Signs (Digitalis, 2008), Shiva Blues (Om Ha Sva Ha Ksha Ma La Va Ra Yam, 2008), the 45-minute droning piece of Ground's Dream Cosmic Love (Students Of Decay, 2008), Straight Edge XXS (Dekorder, 2008), containing dozens of short pieces, Echoes In The Wonderland (DNT, 2012), including the triple-discs Violin Massage (Om Ha Sva Ha Ksha Ma La Va Ra Yam, 2007) and Pearls and Dust (Taped Sounds, 2008).

Very little of what they have released is worth being heard. loose psychedelic freak-outs but wed to a glacial, suspended
