Spanish singer and rapper Anton "Crema" Alfaro,
a member of the rap group Agorazein,
started out with several demos and Agorazein (2008).
He then assumed the persona of
"C. Tangana" and released
more demos, EPs and mixtapes of trap and generic hip-hop.
Idolo (2017) was his first major statement of globalized pop-hop
with traces of
rhumba,
funk, Brazilian music and reggaeton.
The single Nunca Estoy (2020) and the EP Bien (2020)
introduced a new artist, less rap than pop, and the album
El Madrileno (2021) simplified and streamlined his fusion in favor of
straightforward pop songs with strong rhythms. Hence the
flamenco of Ingobernable and Los Tontos, the
militaristic techno of Demasiadas Mujeres, the
catchy rock of Hong Kong, and echoes of
Caribbean singalongs (Un Veneno).
