on White Mountain Ranch Rd & highway 6

The end of the pavement on white mountain ranch rd - walk 300-400 meters further and turn left into the dirt road that coasts the fence (there were 2 big tires at the junction as of 2021)

Memorize this structure: it is visible from far away

Memorize this ranch: on the way down it won't be easy to recognize it

At this point

pay attention to the cairns

and scramble up this way to the plateau

This is the trail that you left and you can see the trail down below

Another way to bypass the collapsed section (more adventurous): climb up this white ravine (2021)

Picture taken from the exact spot where the trail dead ends after the collapse. When you reach that little plateau you find the old trail still largely intact
