Nicole Rum Zimmerman is an Italian to American English Translator, wife, and mother. Born in Philadelphia, Nicole is a second-generation Italian-American who has spent much time in and about Italy. Nicole's grandparents and great-grandparents hail from Tuscany, Calabria, Molise, and Abruzzo.

Nicole graduated with honors from The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Business. As well as studying Business, Nicole spent two years studying Architecture and Italian. During her high school years, Nicole spent four years studying Italian language and culture, tutoring peers in Italian, and was inducted into the National Italian Honor Society each year.
