Connecticut brothers
Peter Katis (guitar) and Tarquin Katin (bass) play lo-fi pop with immense wit
and good humour under the moniker Philistines Jr.
The EP Continuing Struggle (Tarquin, 1993) is fresh and bouncy, the
album The Sinking Of The SS Danehower (Tarquin, 1995) is a concept
of sorts that deals (sometimes literally and sometimes metaphorically) with
their own adventures in the music industry.
