Barbara, a drums and bass duo from Israel (David Opp being the drummer and mastermind), played progressive space-rock at a relentless pace, like a meeting of grindcore and post-rock with the murky production of garage-rock, starting with the live A Blessing From The Angel Of Death (Heart & Crossbone, 1999) and peaking with Peger (Heart & Crossbone, 2007).
David Opp's one-man side-project Cadaver Eyes toyed with seriously damaged grindcore on The Acquisition Of Power Over Fire/ No Time To Haste (Heart & Crossbone, 2005).
