Funker Vogt, founded by vocalist Jens Kaestel and keyboardist Gerrit Thomas, belonged to the lightweight industrial dance movement of the Front 242 and Front Line Assembly school. Funker Vogt (1995) and Thanks for Nothing (1996) were childish experiments. The sound became a bit more professional on We Came to Kill (1997) and Execution Tracks (1998) and a bit more brutal on Maschine Zeit (2000). They continued to release uneventful albums: Survivor (2002), Navigator (2005), Aviator (2007), Blutzoll (2010), Companion in Crime (2013), Code of Conduct (2017), Wastelands (2018), Element 115 (2021), etc. (Translation by/ Tradotto da xxx)
