a` la Gnaw Their Tongues on the
two sidelong suites of
the imposing
Twelve Truths (2008),
the first one embodying the
slow-motion blossoming of the elegy, and the second one celebrating some
evil ceremony, both via a nerve-wracking crescendo and subhuman vocals.
Their side-project Charnel House, a female-fronted black-metal band,
delivered the relentless
EP The Leprosy Of Unreality (Sygil, 2010) and full-length
Contagion (Sygil, 2011), containing Erosive,
leveraging their atonal singing and sloppy production.
