Norway's one-man band Furze followed up the frenzied and cartoonish mini-album Trident Autocrat (2000) with the unorthodox doom-metal of Necromanzee Cogent (2003), containing the 23-minute post-psychedelic orgy of Sathanas' Megalomania.
UTD and
Reaper Subconscious Guide (Agonia, 2010)
were too derivative of Black Sabbath.
Psych Minus Space Control (Fysisk Format, 2012) was even didactic in
its worship of Black Sabbath.
