Clickits, the English duo of Johnny Russell and John McCaffrey,
released only one album, Express Gifts (Moteer, 2005).
John McCaffrey adoped the moniker Part Timer and turned to
digital folk with
Part Timer (Moteer, 2006) and
Blue (Flau, 2007):
pastoral lullabies for guitar, piano and flute, sung in an ethereal female contralto and drenched in a tapestry of glitchy and psychedelic sound manipulations pierced by murky beats and crackling ambience.
