started Jerusalem and the Starbaskets with Kim Sherman and released
Battle Of The Orchids (2010), containing
Everybody's Dig Accounted For, and then
Dost (2011), a collection of vibrant garage-rock laments propelled
not by drums but by guttural twangy riffs such as the catchy
Chocolate Covered Everyberry and
Walkin' Across Your Grave, that sounds like a
bubblegum version of the Velvet Underground.
The Howling (2011) was an eight-song cassette.
